Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
Reporting Copyright or IP Infringement
Plants vs Brainrots Live Stock respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material hosted on plantsvsbrainrotlivestock.com infringes your copyright or trademark, follow the procedure below so we can investigate and respond quickly.
1. Send a Written Notice
Email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice” or “Trademark Notice”. Include:
- Your full name and contact information (mailing address, phone number, email)
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- An electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized agent
2. After We Receive Your Notice
- We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- Content may be temporarily disabled while we review the claim.
- We will contact the contributor or community member who supplied the material.
- If appropriate, we will remove or modify the content and notify you when the process is complete.
3. Counter Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice via [email protected]. Include:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the material that was removed and its former URL
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, the courts where PVBR Live Stock is located)
- Your signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice we may restore the material within 10 business days unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to disable features, ban contributors, or block automated feeds from users who repeatedly submit infringing material.
