4. Accounts & Authentication

The tracker does not require accounts. If we introduce optional authentication in the future, separate terms will describe account responsibilities.

5. Data & Availability

• We strive to maintain near real-time accuracy but cannot guarantee the data will always be correct or available.
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause downtime without notice.
• Cached data in your browser may differ from the latest server state until refreshed.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to Discord, YouTube, Roblox experiences, or other third-party resources. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Plants vs Brainrots Live Stock name, logo, UI, and original content are protected by copyright and other laws.
• You may not use our marks, branding, or design elements without permission.
• Roblox®, Plants vs Zombies®, and related marks belong to their respective owners. We are a fan-made resource with no official affiliation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PVBR Live Stock, its volunteers, and partners from claims or losses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe the Service is being misused or security is threatened. Sections that should reasonably survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers) will continue to apply.
